Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, flows, and process automations.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular data imports, exports, and de-duplication.

  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective CRM solutions.

  • Provide day-to-day technical support and training to Salesforce users.

  • Monitor platform performance and ensure smooth system functionality.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Reports, and Dashboards.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard).

  • Good understanding of Salesforce security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).

  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, AppExchange apps, and basic SOQL.
