Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to manage, optimize, and enhance our CRM platform. The ideal candidate will confidently handle both independent tasks and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, flows, and process automations.

  • Ensure data integrity through regular data imports, exports, and de-duplication.

  • Familiarity with third-party integrations, AppExchange apps, and basic SOQL.
